  • Dynamic Exhibition Display

    This mobile exhibit display combines autonomous transport technology with a vertical cable-pull system for the dynamic presentation of works of art.

    The core structure, consisting of a double-walled aluminum tube (DW 100) and a welded-on flange (DN100 PN16), transfers the structural loads to the base assembly. The top is finished with 25 mm-thick, matte black countertops. The mechanical connection is made using hex head screws in accordance with DIN 933 (8.8, galvanized, 16 x 35). The transparent outer shell, made of a 25-mm-thick GS acrylic glass panel, protects the artworks. The entire base is optimized for integration with an OTTO 1200 AMR robot, allowing the display to move automatically throughout the room.

    The integrated lifting system controls the vertical movement of the picture hanging system via the directional change of a universal motor shaft set (SW60) with an octagonal pulley (SW60). The load is transmitted via a stainless steel cable (Ø 1.50 mm, 7x7). To prevent vibrations during travel, the suspension is linearly guided at four points at each end via the Track & Wire XS 1.8 rail system.
